Age unless he will take a Luciferian Initiation." - David Spangler, Director of Planetary Initiative, United Nations.
"War and famine would not do. Instead, disease
offered the most efficient and fastest way to kill the billions that
must soon die if the population crisis is to be solved. AIDS is not an
efficient killer because it is too slow. My favorite candidate for
eliminating 90 percent of the world's population is airborne Ebola
(Ebola Reston), because it is both highly lethal and it kills in days,
instead of years. We've got airborne diseases with 90 percent mortality
in humans. Killing humans. Think about that. You know, the bird flu's
good, too. For everyone who survives, he will have to bury nine."
- Dr. Eric Pianka University of Texas
evolutionary ecologist, recommending solutions for reducing the world's
population to an audience on population control.
"Others are engaging even in an eco-type of
terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes,
volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves. So there
are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in
which they can wreak terror upon other nations. It's real, and that's
the reason why we have to intensify our efforts."
- William Cohen, former U.S. Secretary of Defense, April 1997.
"One-fourth of humanity must be eliminated from
the social body. We are in charge of God's selection process for planet
earth. He selects, we destroy. We are the riders of the pale horse,
Death."
- Psychologist Barbara Marx Hubbard - member of Task Force Delta; a United States Army think tank.
"Countless people will hate the New World Order, and will die protesting against it."
H.G. WELLS AUTHOR OF THE NEW WORLD ORDER (1939)
" Some even believe that we are part of a secret cabal working against the best interests of the United States, characterizing my family and me as 'Internationalists' and of conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure---One World, if you will. If that's the charge, I stand guilty, and I am proud of it."
David Rockefeller, Memoirs
"We are grateful to the Washington Post, The New York Times, Time Magazine and other great publications whose directors have attended our meetings and respected their promises of discretion for almost forty years. It would have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the world if we had been subjected to the lights of publicity during those years. But, the world is now more sophisticated and prepared to march towards a world government. The supranational sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers is surely preferable to the national auto-determination practiced in past centuries."
David Rockefeller Baden-Baden, Germany 1991
"Rarely have Americans lived through so much change, in so many ways, in so short a time. Quietly, but with gathering force, the ground has shifted beneath our feet as we have moved into an Information Age, a global economy, a truly new world."
President William Clinton State of the Union Address 1998
"We must all be profoundly grateful for the magnificent achievements of our forbearers in this century. Yet perhaps in the daily press of events, in the clash of controversy, we don't see our own time for what it truly is – a new dawn for America."
President William Clinton State of the Union Address 1999 hammer+sickle"...all of us here at the policy-making level have had experience with directives...from the White House.... The substance of them is that we shall use our grant-making power so as to alter our life in the United States that we can be comfortably merged with the Soviet Union."
H. Rowan Gaither, Jr., President - Ford Foundation
(as told to Norman Dodd, Congressional Reese Commission 1954)
"They [the Soviets] intend...to induce the Americans to adopt their own 'restructuring' and convergence of the Soviet and American systems using to this end the fear of nuclear conflict.... Convergence will be accompanied by blood baths and political re-education camps in Western Europe and the United States. The Soviet strategists are counting on an economic depression in the United States and intend to introduce their reformed model of socialism with a human face as an alternative to the American system during the depression."
Anatoliy Golitsyn The Perestroika Deception 1990 "Those who hope that we shall move away from the socialist path will be greatly disappointed. Every part of our program of perestroika...is fully based on the principle of more socialism and more democracy."
Mikhail Gorbachev Perestroika - New Thinking for Our Country and the World 1988 hammer+sickle"The New Deal is plainly an attempt to achieve a working socialism and avert a social collapse in America; it is extraordinarily parallel to the successive 'policies' and 'Plans' of the Russian experiment. President William Clinton State of the Union Address 1998 hammer+sickle"I am a Communist, a convinced Communist! For some that may be a fantasy. But to me it is my main goal."
Mikhail Gorbachev New York Times 1989
"Now that we are rid of this syndrome of imposing the communist model on people, now that we've given them the chance to get rid of this dogma, I have to tell you Americans that you've been pushing your American way of life for decades. You thought it was perfection itself, the ultimate achievement of human thought... There has to be a different approach... Americans have to be more modest in their desires. We have to stimulate human qualities in people rather than greed."
Mikhail Gorbachev From Red to Green Audubon magazine 1994 "Please remember one lesson of the 20th century. One cannot force happiness, impose happiness on nations by imposing any kind of utopia on others. The Communist model of society was a kind of imposed utopia for which the Russian people in particular paid a great price. Still, sometimes we see that attempts are being made to impose some other kind of model on the entire world - maybe a Westernized or Americanized model... This is not the way to go because this can only create conflict."
Mikhail Gorbachev Northeastern University 1998 "Socialism has a bad name in America, and no amount of wishful thinking on the part of the left is going to change that.... The words Economic Democracy are an adequate and effective replacement."
Derek Shearer cited in Reason 1982
"More socialism means more democracy, openness and collectivism in everyday life..."
Mikhail Gorbachev Perestroika - New Thinking for Our Country and the World 1988 UN flag"This new and complete Revolution we contemplate can be defined in a very few words. It is (a) outright world-socialism, scientifically planned and directed, plus (b) a sustained insistence upon law, law based on a fuller, more jealously conceived restatement of the personal Rights of Man, plus (c) the completest freedom of speech, criticism, and publication, and a sedulous expansion of the educational organization to the ever growing demands of the new order....
Putting it at its compactest, it is the triangle of Socialism, Law, and Knowledge which frames the Revolution that may yet save the world."
H.G. Wells The New World Order 1939 "I would think that, if you understood what communism was, you would hope, you would pray on your knees that we would become communist."

Ted Turner CNN Interview with Larry King 1997 UN flag "We will proceed toward better socialism rather than away from it. We are saying this honestly, without trying to fool our own people or the world. Any hopes that we will begin to build a different, non-socialist society and go over to the other camp are unrealistic and futile. Those in the West who expect us to give up socialism will be disappointed."
Mikhail Gorbachev Perestroika - New Thinking for Our Country and the World 1988 "The crisis [the Great Depression] discovered a great man in Franklin Roosevelt...None too soon he has carried America forward to the second stage of democratic realization. His New Deal involves such collective controls of the national business that it would be absurd to call it anything but socialism, were it not for a prejudice lingering on from the old individualist days against that word...Both Roosevelt and Stalin were attempting to produce a huge, modern, scientifically organized, socialist state, the one out of a warning crisis and the other out of a chaos..."
H.G. Wells The Fate of Man 1939
"I doubt if these two fine, active minds [President and Mrs. Roosevelt] have ever inquiried how it is they know what they know and think as they do. Nor have they ever thought of what they might have been if they had grown up in an entirely different culture. They have the disposition of all politicians world over to deal only with made opinion. They have never inquired how it is that opinion is made."
H.G. Wells The Fate of Man 1939 "The Soviet transition to a new political structure shows that the Soviet strategists are thinking, planning and acting in broad terms, way beyond the imagination of Western politicians. For this reason Western politicians cannot grasp the fact that the Soviet intention is to win by 'democratic' means. Through transition to a new system, the Soviets are revitalising their own people and institutions, and they are succeeding. Contrary to Western belief, they are holding their ranks together."
Anatoliy Golitsyn The Perestroika Deception 1990 hammer+sickle"But, you will say, we destroy the most hallowed of relations, when we replace home education by social....
The Communists have not invented the intervention of society in education; they do but seek to alter the character of that intervention, and to rescue education from the influence of the ruling class."

"The Information Age is, first and foremost, an education age, in which education must start at birth and continue throughout a lifetime. Last year, from this podium, I said that education has to be our highest priority. I have something to say to every family listening to us tonight: Your children can go on to college.... Because of the things that have been done, we can make college as universal in the 21st century as high school is today. And, my friends, that will change the face and future of America."
President William Clinton State of the Union Address 1998
"Now, there are more children, from more diverse backgrounds, in our public schools that any time in our history. Their education must provide the knowledge and nurture the creativity that will allow our entire nation to thrive in the new economy."
President William Clinton State of the Union Address 1999 - Democracy
* A goverment of the masses.
* Authority derived through mass meeting or any other form of 'direct' expression.
* Results in mobocracy.
* Attitude toward property is communistic - negating property rights.
* Attitude toward law is that the will of the majority shall regulate,... without restraint or regard to consequences.
* Results in demagogism, license, agitation, discontent, anarchy.
Army Training Manual Concerning Citizenship 1928 "Armament should be an illegality everywhere, and some sort of international force should patrol a treaty-bound world. Partial armament is one of those absurdities dear to moderate-minded 'reasonable' men. Armament itself is making war. Making a gun, pointing a gun, and firing it are all acts of the same order. It should be illegal to construct anywhere upon earth any mechanism for the specific purpose of killing men. When you see a gun it is reasonable to ask: 'Whom is that intended to kill?'"
H.G. Wells The New World Order 1939 "...I would like to be clearly understood...we, the Soviet people, are for socialism.... We want more socialism and, therefore, more democracy."
Mikhail Gorbachev Perestroika - New Thinking for Our Country and the World 1988 "Hitler's dictatorship differed in one fundamental point from all its predecessors in history. It was the first dictatorship in the present period of modern technical development, a dictatorship which made complete use of all technical means for the domination of its own country. Through technical devices like the radio and the loud-speaker, eighty million people were deprived of independent thought. It was thereby possible to subject them to the will of one man..."
Albert Speer, Hitler's Minister for Armaments (at his trial after World War II) hammer+sickle"It's my conviction that the human race has entered a stage where we are all dependent on each other. No other country or nation should be regarded in total separation from another, let alone pitted against another. That's what our communist vocabulary calls internationalism and it means promoting universal human values."
Mikhail Gorbachev Perestroika - New Thinking for Our Country and the World 1988 "Thanks to the leadership of Vice President Gore, we have a government for the Information Age, once again a government that is a progressive instrument of the common good, rooted in our oldest values of opportunity, responsibility and community, devoted to fiscal responsibility, determined to give our people the tools they need to make the most of their own lives in the 21st century, a 21st century government for 21st century America."
President William Clinton State of the Union Address 1999
"Tonight, I propose a 21st Century Crime Bill to deploy the latest technologies and tactics to make our communities even safer. Our balanced budget will help put up to 50,000 more police on the street in the areas hardest hit by crime, and then to equip them with new tools from crime-mapping computers to digital mug shots. We must break the deadly cycle of drugs and crime. "
President William Clinton State of the Union Address 1999 "In 1931, when Brave New World was being written, I was convinced that there was still plenty of time. The completely organized society, the scientific caste system, the abolition of free will by methodical conditioning, the servitude made acceptable by regular doses of chemically induced happiness, the orthodoxies drummed in by nightly courses of sleep-teaching - these things were coming all right, but not in my time, not even in the time of my grandchildren....Twenty-seven years later,...I feel a good deal less optimistic... In the West,...individual men and women still enjoy a large measure of freedom. But...this freedom and even the desire for this freedom seem to be on the wane."
Aldous Huxley Brave New World Revisited 1958 UN flag"When I say that peace must be planned on a world basis, I mean quite literally that it must embrace the earth.... And it is inescapable that there can be no peace for any part of the world unless the foundations of peace are made secure throughout all parts of the world.... Its accomplishment depends primarily upon acceptance by the peoples of the world.... So unless today, while the war is being fought, the people of the United States and of Great Britain, of Russia and of China, and of all the other United Nations, fundamentally agree on their purposes, fine and idealistic expressions of hope such as those of the Atlantic Charter will live merely to mock us... They will become real only if the people of the world forge them into actuality."
Wendell L. Willkie One World 1943 "The Soviet strategy of 'perestroika' must be exposed because it is deceptive, aggressive and dangerous. Gorbachev and 'glastnost' have failed to reveal that 'perestroika' is a world-wide political assault against the Western democracies.... It must be revealed that 'perestroika' is ... not just Soviet domestic renewal but a strategy for 'restructuring' the whole world.... Gorbachev's renunciation of ideological orthodoxy is not sincere or lasting, but a tactical manoeuvre in the cause of the strategy. The Soviets are not striving for genuine, lasting accommodation with the Western democracies but for the final world victory of Communism..."
Anatoliy Golitsyn The Perestroika Deception 1990 hammer+sickle"In this sense, the theory of the Communists may be summed up in the single sentence: Abolition of private property."
Karl Marx and Frederich Engels The Communist Manifesto 1888 edition
"1. Abolition of property in land and application of all rents of land to public purposes."
"3. Abolition of all right of inheritance."
"7. Extension of factories and instruments of production owned by the State; the bringing into cultivation of waste-lands, and the improvement of the soil generally in accordance with a common plan."
Karl Marx and Frederich Engels The Communist Manifesto 1888 edition
UN flag"To keep global resource use within prudent limits while the poor raise their living standards, affluent societies need to consume less.
Population, consumption, technology, development, and the environment are linked in complex relationships that bear closely on human welfare in the global neighbourhood. Their effective and equitable management calls for a systemic, long-term, global approach guided by the principle of sustainable development, which has been the central lesson from the mounting ecological dangers of recent times. Its universal application is a priority among the tasks of global governance."
United Nations Our Global Neighborhood 1995 "This World Youth movement claims to represent and affect the politico-social activities of a grand total of forty million adherents - under the age of thirty...It may play an important and increasing role in the consolidation of a new world order."
H.G. Wells The Fate of Man 1939 "Directly we grasp this not very obscure truth that there can be, and are, different sorts of money dependent on the economic usages or system in operation, which are not really interchangeable, then it becomes plain that a collectivist world order, whose fundamental law is such a Declaration of Rights as we have sketched, will have to carry on its main, its primary operations at least with a new world money, a specially contrived money, differing in its nature from any sort of money conventions that have hitherto served human needs. It will be issued against the total purchaseable output of the community in return for the workers' services to the community."
H.G. Wells The New World Order 1939 "It is a historic fact, recurrent enough to be called an economic law, that capitalism, which builds up great civilisations, also wrecks them if persisted in beyond a certain point. It is easy to demonstrate on paper that civilisation can be saved and immensely developed by, at the right moment, discarding capitalism and changing the private property profiteering state into the common property distributive state.... Not until the two main tenets of socialism: abolition of private property (which must not be confused with personal property), and equality of income, have taken hold of the people as religious dogmas, as to which no controversy is regarded as sane, will a stable socialist state be possible."
George Bernard Shaw Socialism 1926 Encyclopedia Britannica "A really efficient totalitarian state would be one in which the all-powerful executive of political bosses and their army of managers control a population of slaves who do not have to be coerced, because they love their servitude. To make them love it is the task assigned, in present-day totalitarian states, to ministries of propaganda, newspaper editors and schoolteachers.... The greatest triumphs of propaganda have been accomplished, not by doing something, but by refraining from doing. Great is truth, but still greater, from a practical point of view, is silence about truth."
Aldous Huxley Brave New World foreword to 1946 edition "If most of the divisions and barriers of the period of the sovereign states had disappeared, if there were no longer castles, fortifications, boundaries and strategic lines to be traced, there were still many indications that the world was under control and still not quite sure of its own good behaviour. The carefully planned system of aerodromes to prevent any untoward developments of the free private flying that had been tolerated after 2040 was such an indication, and so was the strategic import plainly underlying the needlessly wide main roads that left no possible region of insurrection inaccessable. From the air or on a map it was manifest that the world was still 'governed'. The road system was like a net cast over a dangerous beast."
H.G. Wells The Shape of Things to Come 1936 "The Party seeks power entirely for its own sake. We are not interested in the good of others; we are interested solely in power. Not wealth or luxury or long life or happiness; only power, pure power....Power is not a means; it is an end. One does not establish a dictatorship in order to safeguard a revolution; one makes the revolution in order to establish the dictatorship....
If you want a picture of the future, imagine a boot stamping on a human face - forever."
O'Brien to Winston
George Orwell 1984 1949 "To that world assembly of sovereign states, the United Nations, our last best hope in an age where the instruments of war have far outpaced the instruments of peace, we renew our pledge of support - to prevent it from becoming merely a forum for invective - to strengthen its shield of the new and the weak - and to enlarge the area in which its writ may run."
John F. Kennedy Inaugural Address 1961
"To destroy arms, however, is not enough. We must create even as we destroy - creating world-wide law and law enforcement as we outlaw world-wide war and weapons."
John F. Kennedy Future of the United Nations Organizations 1961
UN flag"In addition, the United States Delegation will suggest a series of steps to improve the United Nations machinery for the peaceful settlement of disputes... - for extending the rule of international law. For peace is not solely a matter of military or technical problems - it is primarily a problem of politics and people."
John F. Kennedy Future of the United Nations Organizations 1961
"The new century demands new partnerships for peace and security. The United Nations plays a crucial role, with allies sharing burdens America might otherwise bear alone. America needs a strong and effective U.N. I want to work with this new Congress to pay our dues and our debts. We must continue to support security and stability in Europe and Asia – expanding NATO and defining its new missions, maintaining our alliance with Japan, with Korea, with our other Asian allies, and engaging China."
President William Clinton State of the Union Address 1999 hammer+sickle "Ultimately, our objective is to welcome the Soviet Union back into the world order.
Perhaps the world order of the future will truly be a family of nations."
President George Bush Texas A&M University 1989
"We have before us the opportunity to forge for ourselves and for future generations a new world order, a world where the rule of law, not the rule of the jungle, governs the conduct of nations. When we are successful, and we will be, we have a real chance at this new world order, an order in which a credible United Nations can use its peacekeeping role to fulfill the promise and vision of the U.N.'s founders."
President George Bush 1991 "For two centuries we've done the hard work of freedom. And tonight we lead the world in facing down a threat to decency and humanity. What is at stake is more than one small country, it is a big idea - a new world order, where diverse nations are drawn together in common cause to achieve the universal aspirations of mankind: peace and security, freedom, and the rule of law. Such is a world worthy of our struggle, and worthy of our children's future."
President George Bush State of the Union Address 1991
"We will succeed in the Gulf. And when we do, the world community will have sent an enduring warning to any dictator or despot, present or future, who contemplates outlaw aggression. The world can therefore seize this opportunity to fufill the long-held promise of a new world order - where brutality will go unrewarded, and aggression will meet collective resistance."

an historic period of cooperation. Out of these troubled times, ... our
fifth objective, - a New World Order,
can emerge: a new era, freer from the threat of terror, stronger in the
pursuit of justice, and more secure in the quest for peace ... Now we

real prospect of a New World Order. ... We are now in sight of a United Nations that performs as envisioned by its founders."

John Swinton [1829-1901]
Chief Editorial Writer of the New York Times
(Considered "the Dean of his Profession" by his peers), when asked to
toast an 'Independent Press' in a gathering at the National Press Club,
circa 1880
"There is no such thing in America as an independent
press unless it is in the country towns. You know it, and I know it.
There is not one of you who dare express an honest opinion. If you
express it you know beforehand that it would never appear in print. I
am paid... for keeping my honest opinions out of the paper I am
connected with. Others of you are paid similar salaries for doing
similar things....
The business of the New York journalist is to distort the truth, to lie outright, to pervert, to vilify, to fawn at the feet of Mammon,
and sell his country and race for his daily bread, or for what is about
the same thing, his salary. You know this, and I know it; and what
foolery to be toasting an 'independent press.' We are tools, and the
vassals of rich men behind the scenes. We are jumping-jacks. They pull
the strings and we dance. Our time, our talents, our lives, our
possibilities, all are the property of other men. We are intellectual
prostitutes."
Michael Ruppert Ex Cop & CIA Member (Ruppert, who has made a virtue of being anti- CIA and of how he refused to join when invited, now admits to having been recruited). Email to David McGowan: 'Framing the Debate on Abiotic Oil'. March?, 2004
"I
advocate an immediate convening of political, economic, spiritual and
scientific leaders from all nations to address the issue of Peak Oil (and Gas)
and its immediate implications for economic collapse, massive famine
and climate destruction (partially as a result of reversion to coal
plants which accelerate global warming).
This would, scientifically speaking, include
immediate steps to arrive at a crash program - agreed to by all nations
and in accordance with the highest spiritual and ethical principles -
to stop global population growth and to arrive at the best possible and
most ethical program of population reduction as a painful choice made by all of humanity."
Abraham Lincoln 16th President of U.S.: 1861~1865. In a letter written to William Elkin less than five months before he was assassinated Nov. 21st, 1864
"I
see in the near future a crisis approaching that unnerves me and causes
me to tremble for the safety of my country. As a result of the war,
corporations have been enthroned and an era of corruption in high
places will follow, and the money power of the country will endeavor to
prolong its reign by working upon the prejudices of the people until
all wealth is aggregated in a few hands, and the Republic is destroyed."

David Rockefeller [1915~]
Banker, Founder & Honorary Chairman of Trilateral Commission,
Honorary Chairman of the Council on Foreign Relations. Speaking at the
June, 1991 Bilderberg meeting in Baden, Germany (a meeting also attended by then-Governor Bill Clinton and by Dan Quayle)
"We
are grateful to the Washington Post, the New York Times, Time Magazine
and other great publications whose directors have attended our meetings
and respected their promises of discretion for almost forty years.
It would have been impossible for us to develop our
plan for the world if we had been subjected to the lights of publicity
during those years. But, the world is more sophisticated and prepared
to march towards a world government.
The supranational sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world
bankers is surely preferable to the national autodetermination
practiced in past centuries."
David Rockefeller [1915~]
Banker, Founder & Honorary Chairman of Trilateral Commission,
Honorary Chairman of the Council on Foreign Relations. Written in his
2002 autobiography 'Memoirs' [pp 405]
"For
more than a century, ideological extremists at either end of the
political spectrum have seized upon well-publicized incidents to attack
the Rockefeller family for the inordinate influence they claim we wield
over American political and economic institutions. Some even believe we
are part of a secret cabal working against the best interests of the
United States, characterizing my family and me as "internationalists"
and of conspiring with others around the world to build a more
integrated global political and economic structure - one world, if you
will. If that's the charge, I stand guilty, and I am proud of it."

From his 1971 book 'Between Two Ages'
"Moreover, as America becomes an increasingly multi-cultural society, it may find it more difficult to fashion a consensus on foreign policy issues, except in the circumstance of a truly massive and widely perceived direct external threat." THE GRAND CHESSBOARD (p. 211)
1/ "The technotronic
era involves the gradual appearance of a more controlled society. Such
a society would be dominated by an elite, unrestrained by traditional
values. [...] [T]he capacity to assert social and political control
over the individual will vastly increase. It will soon be possible to
assert almost continuous surveillance over every citizen and to
maintain up-to-date, complete files, containing even most personal
information about the health or personal behavior of the citizen in
addition to more customary data. These files will be subject to
instantaneous retrieval by the authorities."
2/ [On the ability of a chosen elite to influence and control the mindset of the masses he wrote ...]
"In the technotronic
society the trend would seem to be towards the aggregation of the
individual support of millions of uncoordinated citizens, easily within
the reach of magnetic and attractive personalities effectively
exploiting the latest communications techniques to manipulate emotions
and control reason."
3/ [He prophetically foresaw a society...]
"...that is shaped culturally, psychologically, socially, and
economically by the impact of technology and electronics--particularly
in the areas of computers and communications."
4/ ... "effectively exploiting the latest communications techniques to manipulate emotions and control reason."
5/ [Brzezinksi well knew the end
result of alchemical programming through the proliferation of carefully
crafted demonic symbols and images. This, he noted, will lead to a
technetronic era in which ...]
"human beings become increasingly manipulatable and malleable."

"There
are some reports, for example, that some countries have been trying to
construct something like an Ebola Virus, and that would be a very
dangerous phenomenon, to say the least. Alvin Toeffler has written
about this in terms of some scientists in their laboratories trying to
devise certain types of pathogens that would be ethnic specific so that
they could just eliminate certain ethnic groups and races; and others
are designing some sort of engineering, some sort of insects that can
destroy specific crops. Others are engaging even in an eco- type of
terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes,
volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves.
So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that
are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other
nations. It's real, and that's the reason why we have to intensify our
efforts, and that's why this is so important."

Bailey is an Occultist, whose works are channeled from a spirit guide,

Alice A. Bailey uses the phrase "points of light" in connection with a "New Group of World Servers" and claims that 1934 marks the beginning of "the organizing of the men and women...group work of a new order...[with]
progress defined by service...the world of the Brotherhood...the Forces of Light...[and]
out of the spoliation of all existing culture and civilization, the New World Order must be built."
The Lucis Trust is a United Nations NGO and has been a major player at the recent U.N. summits. Later, Assistant Secretary General of the U.N. even when the struggle seems to be drifting definitely towards a world
social democracy, there may still be very great delays and
disappointments before it becomes an efficient and beneficent world
system. Countless people, from maharajas to millionaires and from
pukkha sahibs to pretty ladies, will hate the New World Order,
be rendered unhappy by frustration of their passions and ambitions
through its advent and will die protesting against it. When we attempt
to estimate its promise we have to bear in mind the distress of a
generation or so of malcontents, many of them quite gallant and
graceful-looking people."

"At
present the population of the world is increasing ... War so far has
had no great effect on this increase ... I do not pretend that birth
control is the only way in which population can be kept from
increasing. There are others ... If a Black Death
could be spread throughout the world once in every generation,
survivors could procreate freely without making the world too full ...
the state of affairs might be somewhat unpleasant, but what of it?
Really high-minded people are indifferent to suffering, especially that
of others."
The following are 30 population control quotes which show that the elite truly believe that humans are a plague upon the earth and that a great culling is necessary…
1. UK Television Presenter Sir David Attenborough: “We are a plague on the Earth. It’s coming home to roost over the next 50 years or so. It’s not just climate change; it’s sheer space, places to grow food for this enormous horde. Either we limit our population growth or the natural world will do it for us, and the natural world is doing it for us right now”
2. Paul Ehrlich, a former science adviser to president George W. Bush and the author of “The Population Bomb”: “To our minds, the fundamental cure, reducing the scale of the human enterprise (including the size of the population) to keep its aggregate consumption within the carrying capacity of Earth is obvious but too much neglected or denied”
3. Paul Ehrlich again, this time on the size of families: “Nobody, in my view, has the right to have 12 children or even three unless the second pregnancy is twins”
4. Dave Foreman, the co-founder of Earth First: “We humans have become a disease, the Humanpox.”
5. CNN Founder Ted Turner: “A total world population of 250-300 million people, a 95% decline from present levels, would be ideal.”
6. Japan’s Deputy Prime Minister Taro Aso about medical patients with serious illnesses: “You cannot sleep well when you think it’s all paid by the government. This won’t be solved unless you let them hurry up and die.”
7. David Rockefeller: “The negative impact of population growth on all of our planetary ecosystems is becoming appallingly evident.”
8. Environmental activist Roger Martin: “On a finite planet, the optimum population providing the best quality of life for all, is clearly much smaller than the maximum, permitting bare survival. The more we are, the less for each; fewer people mean better lives.”
9. HBO personality Bill Maher: “I’m pro-choice, I’m for assisted suicide, I’m for regular suicide, I’m for whatever gets the freeway moving – that’s what I’m for. It’s too crowded, the planet is too crowded and we need to promote death.”
10. MIT professor Penny Chisholm: ”The real trick is, in terms of trying to level off at someplace lower than that 9 billion, is to get the birthrates in the developing countries to drop as fast as we can. And that will determine the level at which humans will level off on earth.”
11. Julia Whitty, a columnist for Mother Jones: “The only known solution to ecological overshoot is to decelerate our population growth faster than it’s decelerating now and eventually reverse it—at the same time we slow and eventually reverse the rate at which we consume the planet’s resources. Success in these twin endeavors will crack our most pressing global issues: climate change, food scarcity, water supplies, immigration, health care, biodiversity loss, even war. On one front, we’ve already made unprecedented strides, reducing global fertility from an average 4.92 children per woman in 1950 to 2.56 today—an accomplishment of trial and sometimes brutally coercive error, but also a result of one woman at a time making her individual choices. The speed of this childbearing revolution, swimming hard against biological programming, rates as perhaps our greatest collective feat to date.”
12. Colorado State University Professor Philip Cafaro in a paper entitled “Climate Ethics and Population Policy”: “Ending human population growth is almost certainly a necessary (but not sufficient) condition for preventing catastrophic global climate change. Indeed, significantly reducing current human numbers may be necessary in order to do so.“
13. Professor of Biology at the University of Texas at Austin Eric R. Pianka: “I do not bear any ill will toward people. However, I am convinced that the world, including all humanity, WOULD clearly be much better off without so many of us.”
14. Detroit News Columnist Nolan Finley: “Since the national attention is on birth control, here’s my idea: If we want to fight poverty, reduce violent crime and bring down our embarrassing drop-out rate, we should swap contraceptives for fluoride in Michigan’s drinking water.
We’ve got a baby problem in Michigan. Too many babies are born to immature parents who don’t have the skills to raise them, too many are delivered by poor women who can’t afford them, and too many are fathered by sorry layabouts who spread their seed like dandelions and then wander away from the consequences.”
15. John Guillebaud, professor of family planning at University College London: “The effect on the planet of having one child less is an order of magnitude greater than all these other things we might do, such as switching off lights. An extra child is the equivalent of a lot of flights across the planet.”
16. Democrat strategist Steven Rattner: “WE need death panels. Well, maybe not death panels, exactly, but unless we start allocating health care resources more prudently — rationing, by its proper name — the exploding cost of Medicare will swamp the federal budget.”
17. Matthew Yglesias, a business and economics correspondent for Slate, in an article entitled “The Case for Death Panels, in One Chart”: “But not only is this health care spending on the elderly the key issue in the federal budget, our disproportionate allocation of health care dollars to old people surely accounts for the remarkable lack of apparent cost effectiveness of the American health care system. When the patient is already over 80, the simple fact of the matter is that no amount of treatment is going to work miracles in terms of life expectancy or quality of life.”
18. Planned Parenthood Founder Margaret Sanger: “All of our problems are the result of overbreeding among the working class”
19. U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg: “Frankly I had thought that at the time Roe was decided, there was concern about population growth and particularly growth in populations that we don’t want to have too many of.”
20. Planned Parenthood Founder Margaret Sanger: “The most merciful thing that the large family does to one of its infant members is to kill it.”
21. Salon columnist Mary Elizabeth Williams in an article entitled “So What If Abortion Ends Life?”: “All life is not equal. That’s a difficult thing for liberals like me to talk about, lest we wind up looking like death-panel-loving, kill-your-grandma-and-your-precious-baby storm troopers. Yet a fetus can be a human life without having the same rights as the woman in whose body it resides.”
22. Alberto Giubilini of Monash University in Melbourne, Australia and Francesca Minerva of the University of Melbourne in a paper published in the Journal of Medical Ethics: “[W]hen circumstances occur after birth such that they would have justified abortion, what we call after-birth abortion should be permissible. … [W]e propose to call this practice ‘after-birth abortion’, rather than ‘infanticide,’ to emphasize that the moral status of the individual killed is comparable with that of a fetus … rather than to that of a child. Therefore, we claim that killing a newborn could be ethically permissible in all the circumstances where abortion would be. Such circumstances include cases where the newborn has the potential to have an (at least) acceptable life, but the well-being of the family is at risk.”
23. Nina Fedoroff, a key adviser to Hillary Clinton: “We need to continue to decrease the growth rate of the global population; the planet can’t support many more people.”
24. Barack Obama’s primary science adviser, John P. Holdren: “A program of sterilizing women after their second or third child, despite the relatively greater difficulty of the operation than vasectomy, might be easier to implement than trying to sterilize men.
The development of a long-term sterilizing capsule that could be implanted under the skin and removed when pregnancy is desired opens additional possibilities for coercive fertility control. The capsule could be implanted at puberty and might be removable, with official permission, for a limited number of births.”
25. David Brower, the first Executive Director of the Sierra Club: “Childbearing [should be] a punishable crime against society, unless the parents hold a government license … All potential parents [should be] required to use contraceptive chemicals, the government issuing antidotes to citizens chosen for childbearing.”
26. Thomas Ferguson, former official in the U.S. State Department Office of Population Affairs: “There is a single theme behind all our work–we must reduce population levels. Either governments do it our way, through nice clean methods, or they will get the kinds of mess that we have in El Salvador, or in Iran or in Beirut. Population is a political problem. Once population is out of control, it requires authoritarian government, even fascism, to reduce it…”
27. Mikhail Gorbachev: “We must speak more clearly about sexuality, contraception, about abortion, about values that control population, because the ecological crisis, in short, is the population crisis. Cut the population by 90% and there aren’t enough people left to do a great deal of ecological damage.”
28. Jacques Costeau: “In order to stabilize world population, we must eliminate 350,000 people per day. It is a horrible thing to say, but it is just as bad not to say it.”
29. Finnish environmentalist Pentti Linkola: “If there were a button I could press, I would sacrifice myself without hesitating if it meant millions of people would die”
30. Prince Phillip, husband of Queen Elizabeth II and co-founder of the World Wildlife Fund: “In the event that I am reincarnated, I would like to return as a deadly virus, in order to contribute something to solve overpopulation.”

Richard A. Falk in an article entitled 'Toward a New World Order: Modest Methods and Drastic Visions,' in the book 'On the Creation of a Just World Order' (1975)
"The
existing order is breaking down at a very rapid rate, and the main
uncertainty is whether mankind can exert a positive role in shaping a New World Order
or is doomed to await collapse in a passive posture. We believe a new
order will be born no later than early in the next century and that the
death throes of the old and the birth pangs of the new will be a
testing time for the human species."

"The
new man is living amongst us now! He is here!" exclaimed Hitler,
triumphantly. "Isn't that enough for you? I will tell you a secret. I
have seen the new man. He is intrepid and cruel. I was afraid of him."
"In uttering these words," added Rauschning, "Hitler was trembling in a kind of ecstasy."
General Albert Pike [1809~1891] 33rd degree, Sovereign Grand Master of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Free Masonry, Co-Founder of the Ku Klux Klan
and Supreme Luciferian Pontiff. .. in a letter to Mazzini, August 15th,
1871. This letter graphically outlined plans for three world wars that
were seen as necessary to bring about the One World Order, and we can
marvel at how accurately it has predicted events that have already
taken place.
Status of Document: There is contention as to whether or not this
document ever existed, been supressed or destroyed, so this is the
'reputed' history - This letter was on display briefly in the British
Museum Library, London, and it was copied by William Guy Carr. Carr was
a former Intelligence Officer in the Royal Canadian Navy and detailed
this letter in his book 'Satan: Prince of This World', 1928. Carr
learned about the letter from Cardinal Caro y Rodriguez of Santiago,
Chile, who wrote 'The Mystery of Freemasonry Unveiled' 1925?.
"The First World War must be brought about in order to permit the Illuminati to overthrow the power of the Czars in Russia and of making that country a fortress of atheistic Communism. The divergences caused by the 'agentur' (agents) of the Illuminati between the British and Germanic Empires will be used to foment this war. At the end of the war, Communism will be built and used in order to destroy the other governments and in order to weaken the religions."
"The Second World War must be fomented by taking advantage of the differences between the Fascists and the political Zionists. This war must be brought about so that Nazism is destroyed and that the political Zionism be strong enough to institute a sovereign state of Israel in Palestine. During the Second World War, International Communism must become strong enough in order to balance Christendom, which would be then restrained and held in check until the time when we would need it for the final social cataclysm."
"The Third World War must be fomented by taking advantage of the differences caused by the 'agentur' of the 'Illuminati' between the political Zionists and the leaders of Islamic World. The war must be conducted in such a way that Islam (the Moslem Arabic World) and political Zionism
mutually destroy each other. Meanwhile the other nations, once more
divided on this issue will be constrained to fight to the point of
complete physical, moral, spiritual and economical exhaustion.
We shall unleash the Nihilists and the Atheists,
and we shall provoke a formidable social cataclysm which in all its
horror will show clearly to the nations the effect of absolute Atheism,
origin of savagery and of the most bloody turmoil. Then everywhere, the
citizens, obliged to defend themselves against the world minority of
revolutionaries, will exterminate those destroyers of civilization, and
the multitude, disillusioned with Christianity,
whose deistic spirits will from that moment be without compass or
direction, anxious for an ideal, but without knowing where to render
its adoration, will receive the true light through the universal
manifestation of the pure doctrine of Lucifer,
brought finally out in the public view. This manifestation will result
from the general reactionary movement which will follow the destruction
of Christianity and atheism, both conquered and exterminated at the same time." [A. Pike]
"We are not going to achieve a new world order
without paying
for it in blood as well as in words and money." Arthur Schlesinger,
Jr., in Foreign Affairs (July/August 1995)
THAT quotation and the following - and many others like them
- clearly demonstrate that the words "new world order" are deadly
serious and furthermore, have been in use for decades. They did not
originate with President George Bush in 1990. The "old world order" is
one based on independent nation-states. The "new world order" involves
the elimination of the sovereignty and independence of nation-states
and some form of world government. This means the end of the United
States of America, the U.S. Constitution, and the Bill of Rights as we
now know them. Most of the new world order proposals involve the
conversion of the United Nations and its agencies to a world
government, complete with a world army, a world parliament, a world
court, global taxation, and numerous other agencies to control every
aspect of human life (education, nutrition, health care, population,
immigration, communications, transportation, commerce, agriculture,
finance, the environment, etc.). The various notions of the "new world
order" differ as to details and scale, but agree on the basic principle
and substance.
"Today, America would be outraged if U.N. troops
entered Los
Angeles to restore order [referring to the 1991 LA Riot]. Tomorrow they
will be grateful! This is especially true if they were told that there

rights will be willingly relinquished for the guarantee of their
well-being granted to them by the World Government." Dr. Henry
Kissinger, Bilderberger Conference, Evians, France, 1991
"The drive of the Rockefellers and their allies is to create
a one-world government combining supercapitalism and Communism under
the same tent, all under their control.... Do I mean conspiracy? Yes I
do. I am convinced there is such a plot, international in scope,
generations old in planning, and incredibly evil in intent."
Congressman Larry P. McDonald, 1976, killed in the Korean Airlines 747
that was shot down by the Soviets
"We are grateful to The Washington Post, The New York Times,
Time Magazine and other great publications whose directors have
attended our meetings and respected their promises of discretion for
almost forty years. It would have been impossible for us to develop our
plan for the world if we had been subject to the bright lights of
publicity during those years. But, the work is now much more
sophisticated and prepared to march towards a world government. The
supranational sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers is
surely preferable to the national autodetermination practiced in past
centuries." David Rockefeller, founder of the Trilateral Commission, in
an address to a meeting of The Trilateral Commission, in June, 1991.
"The idea was that those who direct the overall conspiracy
could use the differences in those two so-called ideologies
[marxism/fascism/socialism v. democracy/capitalism] to enable them [the
Illuminati] to divide larger and larger portions of the human race into
opposing camps so that they could be armed and then brainwashed into
fighting and destroying each other." Myron Fagan
"No one will enter the New World Order unless he or she will
make a pledge to worship Lucifer. No one will enter the New Age unless
he will take a Luciferian Initiation." David Spangler, Director of
Planetary Initiative, United Nations
"In March, 1915, the J.P. Morgan interests, the steel,
shipbuilding, and powder interest, and their subsidiary organizations,
got together 12 men high up in the newspaper world and employed them to
select the most influential newspapers in the United States and
sufficient number of them to control generally the policy of the daily
press....They found it was only necessary to purchase the control of 25
of the greatest papers.
"An agreement was reached; the policy of the papers was
bought, to be paid for by the month; an editor was furnished for each
paper to properly supervise and edit information regarding the
questions of preparedness, militarism, financial policies, and other
things of national and international nature considered vital to the
interests of the purchasers." U.S. Congressman Oscar Callaway, 1917
"The world can therefore seize the opportunity [Persian Gulf
crisis] to fulfill the long-held promise of a New World Order where
diverse nations are drawn together in common cause to achieve the
universal aspirations of mankind." George Herbert Walker Bush
"In the next century, nations as we know it will be obsolete;
all states will recognize a single, global authority. National
sovereignty wasnt such a great idea after all." Strobe Talbot,
President Clintons Deputy Secretary of State, as quoted in Time, July
20th, l992.
"We shall have world government whether or not you like it,
by conquest or consent." Statement by Council on Foreign Relations
(CFR) member James Warburg to The Senate Foreign Relations Committee on
February 17th, l950
"The world is governed by very different personages from what
is imagined by those who are not behind the scenes." Benjamin Disraeli,
first Prime Minister of England, in a novel he published in 1844 called
Coningsby, the New Generation
"The governments of the present day have to deal not merely
with other governments, with emperors, kings and ministers, but also
with the secret societies which have everywhere their unscrupulous
agents, and can at the last moment upset all the governments plans. "
British Prime Minister Benjamin Disraeli, 1876
"Since I entered politics, I have chiefly had mens views
confided to me privately. Some of the biggest men in the United States,
in the Field of commerce and manufacture, are afraid of something. They
know that there is a power somewhere so organized, so subtle, so
watchful, so interlocked, so complete, so pervasive, that they better
not speak above their breath when they speak in condemnation of it."
Woodrow Wilson,The New Freedom (1913)
"What is important is to dwell upon the increasing evidence
of the existence of a secret conspiracy, throughout the world, for the
destruction of organized government and the letting loose of evil."
Christian Science Monitor editorial, June 19th, l920
"The real menace of our republic is this invisible government
which like a giant octopus sprawls its slimy length over city, state
and nation. Like the octopus of real life, it operates under cover of a
self created screen....At the head of this octopus are the Rockefeller
Standard Oil interests and a small group of powerful banking houses
generally referred to as international bankers. The little coterie of
powerful international bankers virtually run the United States
government for their own selfish purposes. They practically control
both political parties." New York City Mayor John F. Hylan, 1922
"From the days of Sparticus, Wieskhopf, Karl Marx, Trotsky,
Rosa Luxemberg, and Emma Goldman, this world conspiracy has been
steadily growing. This conspiracy played a definite recognizable role
in the tragedy of the French revolution. It has been the mainspring of
every subversive movement during the 19th century. And now at last this
band of extraordinary personalities from the underworld of the great
cities of Europe and America have gripped the Russian people by the
hair of their head and have become the undisputed masters of that
enormous empire." Winston Churchill, stated to the London Press, in
l922.
"We are at present working discreetly with all our might to
wrest this mysterious force called sovereignty out of the clutches of
the local nation states of the world." Professor Arnold Toynbee, in a
June l931 speech before the Institute for the Study of International
Affairs in Copenhagen.
"The government of the Western nations, whether monarchical
or republican, had passed into the invisible hands of a plutocracy,
international in power and grasp. It was, I venture to suggest, this
semi-occult power which....pushed the mass of the American people into
the cauldron of World War I." British military historian Major General
J.F.C. Fuller, l941
"For a long time I felt that FDR had developed many thoughts
and ideas that were his own to benefit this country, the United States.
But, he didnt. Most of his thoughts, his political ammunition, as it
were, were carefully manufactured for him in advanced by the Council on
Foreign Relations-One World Money group. Brilliantly, with great gusto,
like a fine piece of artillery, he exploded that prepared "ammunition"
in the middle of an unsuspecting target, the American people, and thus
paid off and returned his internationalist political support.
"The UN is but a long-range, international banking apparatus
clearly set up for financial and economic profit by a small group of
powerful One-World revolutionaries, hungry for profit and power.
"The depression was the calculated shearing of the public
by the World Money powers, triggered by the planned sudden shortage of
supply of call money in the New York money market....The One World
Government leaders and their ever close bankers have now acquired full
control of the money and credit machinery of the U.S. via the creation
of the privately owned Federal Reserve Bank." Curtis Dall, FDRs
son-in-law as quoted in his book, My Exploited Father-in-Law
"The real truth of the matter is, as you and I know, that a
financial element in the larger centers has owned the Government ever
since the days of Andrew Jackson." A letter written by FDR to Colonel
House, November 21st, l933
"The real rulers in Washington are invisible, and exercise
power from behind the scenes." Supreme Court Justice Felix Frankfurter,
1952
"Fifty men have run America, and thats a high figure."
Joseph Kennedy, father of JFK, in the July 26th, l936 issue of The New
York Times.
"Today the path of total dictatorship in the United States
can be laid by strictly legal means, unseen and unheard by the
Congress, the President, or the people. Outwardly we have a
Constitutional government. We have operating within our government and
political system, another body representing another form of government
- a bureaucratic elite." Senator William Jenner, 1954
"The case for government by elites is irrefutable." Senator
William Fulbright, Former chairman of the US Senate Foreign Relations
Committee, stated at a 1963 symposium entitled: The Elite and the
Electorate - Is Government by the People Possible?
"The Trilateral Commission is intended to be the vehicle for
multinational consolidation of the commercial and banking interests by
seizing control of the political government of the United States. The
Trilateral Commission represents a skillful, coordinated effort to
seize control and consolidate the four centers of power political,
monetary, intellectual and ecclesiastical. What the Trilateral
Commission intends is to create a worldwide economic power superior to
the political governments of the nationstates involved. As managers and
creators of the system, they will rule the future." U.S. Senator Barry
Goldwater in his l964 book: With No Apologies.
"The powers of financial capitalism had another far reaching
aim, nothing less than to create a world system of financial control in
private hands able to dominate the political system of each country and
the economy of the world as a whole. This system was to be controlled
in a feudalist fashion by the central banks of the world acting in
concert, by secret agreements, arrived at in frequent private meetings
and conferences. The apex of the system was the Bank for International
Settlements in Basle, Switzerland, a private bank owned and controlled
by the worlds central banks which were themselves private
corporations. The growth of financial capitalism made possible a
centralization of world economic control and use of this power for the
direct benefit of financiers and the indirect injury of all other
economic groups." Tragedy and Hope: A History of The World in Our Time
(Macmillan Company, 1966,) Professor Carroll Quigley of Georgetown
University, highly esteemed by his former student, William Jefferson
Blythe Clinton.
"The Council on Foreign Relations is "the establishment." Not
only does it have influence and power in key decision-making positions
at the highest levels of government to apply pressure from above, but
it also announces and uses individuals and groups to bring pressure
from below, to justify the high level decisions for converting the U.S.
from a sovereign Constitutional Republic into a servile member state of
a one-world dictatorship." Former Congressman John Rarick 1971
"The directors of the CFR (Council on Foreign Relations) make
up a sort of Presidium for that part of the Establishment that guides
our destiny as a nation." The Christian Science Monitor, September 1,
l961
"The New World Order will have to be built from the bottom up
rather than from the top down...but in the end run around national
sovereignty, eroding it piece by piece will accomplish much more than
the old fashioned frontal assault." CFR member Richard Gardner, writing
in the April l974 issue of the CFRs journal, Foreign Affairs.
"The planning of UN can be traced to the secret steering
committee established by Secretary [of State Cordell] Hull in January
1943. All of the members of this secret committee, with the exception
of Hull, a Tennessee politician, were members of the Council on Foreign
Relations. They saw Hull regularly to plan, select, and guide the
labors of the [State] Departments Advisory Committee. It was, in
effect, the coordinating agency for all the State Departments postwar
planning." Professors Laurence H. Shoup and William Minter, writing in
their study of the CFR, "Imperial Brain Trust: The CFR and United
States Foreign Policy." (Monthly Review Press, 1977).
"The most powerful clique in these (CFR) groups have one
objective in common: they want to bring about the surrender of the
sovereignty and the national independence of the U.S. They want to end
national boundaries and racial and ethnic loyalties supposedly to
increase business and ensure world peace. What they strive for would
inevitably lead to dictatorship and loss of freedoms by the people. The
CFR was founded for "the purpose of promoting disarmament and
submergence of U.S. sovereignty and national independence into an
all-powerful one-world government." Harpers, July l958
"The old world order changed when this war-storm broke. The
old international order passed away as suddenly, as unexpectedly, and
as completely as if it had been wiped out by a gigantic flood, by a
great tempest, or by a volcanic eruption. The old world order died with
the setting of that days sun and a new world order is being born while
I speak, with birth-pangs so terrible that it seems almost incredible
that life could come out of such fearful suffering and such
overwhelming sorrow." Nicholas Murray Butler, in an address delivered
before the Union League of Philadelphia, Nov. 27, 1915
"The peace conference has assembled. It will make the most
momentous decisions in history, and upon these decisions will rest the
stability of the new world order and the future peace of the world." M.
C. Alexander, Executive Secretary of the American Association for
International Conciliation, in a subscription letter for the periodical
International Conciliation (1919)
"If there are those who think we are to jump immediately into
a new world order, actuated by complete understanding and brotherly
love, they are doomed to disappointment. If we are ever to approach
that time, it will be after patient and persistent effort of long
duration. The present international situation of mistrust and fear can
only be corrected by a formula of equal status, continuously applied,
to every phase of international contacts, until the cobwebs of the old
order are brushed out of the minds of the people of all lands." Dr.
Augustus O. Thomas, president of the World Federation of Education
Associations (August 1927), quoted in the book International
Understanding: Agencies Educating for a New World (1931)
"... when the struggle seems to be drifting definitely
towards a world social democracy, there may still be very great delays
and disappointments before it becomes an efficient and beneficent world
system. Countless people ... will hate the new world order ... and will
die protesting against it. When we attempt to evaluate its promise, we
have to bear in mind the distress of a generation or so of malcontents,
many of them quite gallant and graceful-looking people." H. G. Wells,
in his book entitled The New World Order (1939)
"The term Internationalism has been popularized in recent
years to cover an interlocking financial, political, and economic world
force for the purpose of establishing a World Government. Today
Internationalism is heralded from pulpit and platform as a League of
Nations or a Federated Union to which the United States must
surrender a definite part of its National Sovereignty. The World
Government plan is being advocated under such alluring names as the
New International Order, The New World Order, World Union Now,
World Commonwealth of Nations, World Community, etc. All the terms
have the same objective; however, the line of approach may be religious
or political according to the taste or training of the individual."

House of Clerical and Lay Deputies of the Protestant Episcopal Church

"In the first public declaration on the Jewish question since
the outbreak of the war, Arthur Greenwood, member without portfolio in
the British War Cabinet, assured the Jews of the United States that
when victory was achieved an effort would be made to found a new world
order based on the ideals of justice and peace." Excerpt from article
entitled "New World Order Pledged to Jews," in The New York Times
(October 1940)
"If totalitarianism wins this conflict, the world will be
ruled by tyrants, and individuals will be slaves. If democracy wins,
the nations of the earth will be united in a commonwealth of free
peoples, and individuals, wherever found, will be the sovereign units
of the new world order." The Declaration of the Federation of the
World, produced by the Congress on World Federation, adopted by the
Legislatures of North Carolina (1941), New Jersey (1942), Pennsylvania
(1943), and possibly other states.

"Undersecretary of State Sumner Welles tonight called for the
early creation of an international organization of anti-Axis nations to

"The statement went on to say that the spiritual teachings of
religion must become the foundation for the new world order and that
national sovereignty must be subordinate to the higher moral law of
God." American Institute of Judaism, excerpt from article in The New
York Times (December 1942)
"There are some plain common-sense considerations applicable
to all these attempts at world planning. They can be briefly stated: 1.
To talk of blueprints for the future or building a world order is, if
properly understood, suggestive, but it is also dangerous. Societies
grow far more truly than they are built. A constitution for a new world
order is never like a blueprint for a skyscraper." Norman Thomas, in
his book What Is Our Destiny? (1944)
"He [John Foster Dulles] stated directly to me that he had
every reason to believe that the Governor [Thomas E. Dewey of New York]
accepts his point of view and that he is personally convinced that this
is the policy that he would promote with great vigor if elected. So it
is fair to say that on the first round the Sphinx of Albany has
established himself as a prima facie champion of a strong and definite
new world order." Excerpt from article by Ralph W. Page in The
Philadelphia Bulletin (May 1944)
"Alchemy for a New World Order" Article by Stephen John
Stedman in Foreign Affairs (May/June 1995)
"The United Nations, he told an audience at Harvard
University, has not been able--nor can it be able--to shape a new
world order which events so compellingly demand. ... The new world
order that will answer economic, military, and political problems, he
said, urgently requires, I believe, that the United States take the
leadership among all free peoples to make the underlying concepts and
aspirations of national sovereignty truly meaningful through the
federal approach." Gov. Nelson Rockefeller of New York, in an article
entitled "Rockefeller Bids Free Lands Unite: Calls at Harvard for Drive
to Build New World Order" -- The New York Times (February 1962)
"The developing coherence of Asian regional thinking is
reflected in a disposition to consider problems and loyalties in
regional terms, and to evolve regional approaches to development needs
and to the evolution of a new world order." Richard Nixon, in Foreign
Affairs (October 1967)
"He [President Nixon] spoke of the talks as a beginning,
saying nothing more about the prospects for future contacts and merely
reiterating the belief he brought to China that both nations share an
interest in peace and building a new world order." Excerpt from an
article in The New York Times (February 1972)
"If instant world government, Charter review, and a greatly
strengthened International Court do not provide the answers, what hope
for progress is there? The answer will not satisfy those who seek
simple solutions to complex problems, but it comes down essentially to
this: The hope for the foreseeable lies, not in building up a few
ambitious central institutions of universal membership and general
jurisdiction as was envisaged at the end of the last war, but rather in
the much more decentralized, disorderly and pragmatic process of
inventing or adapting institutions of limited jurisdiction and selected
membership to deal with specific problems on a case-by-case basis ...
In short, the house of world order will have to be built from the
bottom up rather than from the top down. It will look like a great
booming, buzzing confusion, to use William James famous description
of reality, but an end run around national sovereignty, eroding it
piece by piece, will accomplish much more than the old-fashioned
frontal assault." Richard N. Gardner, in Foreign Affairs (April 1974)
"The existing order is breaking down at a very rapid rate,
and the main uncertainty is whether mankind can exert a positive role
in shaping a new world order or is doomed to await collapse in a
passive posture. We believe a new order will be born no later than
early in the next century and that the death throes of the old and the
birth pangs of the new will be a testing time for the human species."
Richard A. Falk, in an article entitled "Toward a New World Order:
Modest Methods and Drastic Visions," in the book On the Creation of a
Just World Order (1975)
"My countrys history, Mr. President, tells us that it is
possible to fashion unity while cherishing diversity, that common
action is possible despite the variety of races, interests, and beliefs
we see here in this chamber. Progress and peace and justice are
attainable. So we say to all peoples and governments: Let us fashion
together a new world order." Henry Kissinger, in address before the
General Assembly of the United Nations, October 1975)
"At the old Inter-American Office in the Commerce Building
here in Roosevelts time, as Assistant Secretary of State for Latin
American Affairs under President Truman, as chief whip with Adlai
Stevenson and Tom Finletter at the founding of the United Nations in

to establish not only an American system of political and economic
security but a new world order." Part of article in The New York Times

East to a new world order where the strong work together to deter and
stop aggression. This was precisely Franklin Roosevelts and Winston
Churchills vision for peace for the post-war period." Richard
Gephardt, in The Wall Street Journal (September 1990)
"If we do not follow the dictates of our inner moral compass
and stand up for human life, then his lawlessness will threaten the
peace and democracy of the emerging new world order we now see, this
long dreamed-of vision weve all worked toward for so long." President
George Bush (January 1991)
"But it became clear as time went on that in Mr. Bushs mind
the New World Order was founded on a convergence of goals and interests
between the U.S. and the Soviet Union, so strong and permanent that
they would work as a team through the U.N. Security Council." Excerpt
from A. M. Rosenthal, in The New York Times (January 1991)
"I would support a Presidential candidate who pledged to take
the following steps: ... At the end of the war in the Persian Gulf,
press for a comprehensive Middle East settlement and for a new world

stronger U.N. and World Court." George McGovern, in The New York Times

"Single acts of tyranny may be ascribed to
the accidental opinion of a day. But a series of oppressions, begun at
a distinguished period, and pursued unalterably through every change of

"The New World Order is a world that has a supernational
authority to regulate world commerce and industry; an international
organization that would control the production and consumption of oil;
an international currency that would replace the dollar; a World
Development Fund that would make funds available to free and Communist

"When we got organized as a country and we wrote a fairly
radical Constitution with a radical Bill of Rights, giving a radical
amount of individual freedom to Americans... and so a lot of people say
theres too much personal freedom. When personal freedoms being

"War to the hilt between communism and capitalism is
inevitable. Today, of course, we are not strong enough to attack. Our
time will come in thirty or forty years. To win, we shall need the
element of surprise. The Western world will need to be put to sleep. So
we shall begin by launching the most spectacular peace movement on
record. There shall be electrifying overtures and unheard of
